By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site. Presentation Systems Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms of use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates on subsequent visits.

Payment
We accept Credit Card & Debit Card payments via ProTX secured Payment gateway, Cheque payment or bank transfer.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to the Presentation Systems and have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in UK Pounds £ (Sterling). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Delivery of Goods
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. Delivery may be effected in one or more installments. Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge of £25.00.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for a tradesman to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.

Normal delivery is 2 working days. If for any reason expected delivery will exceeds 2 working days the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

In certain circumstances where large bulky items are being ordered for delivery to remote locations (such as Scottish Islands ) there may be an additional carriage charge and/or delay. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or canceling your order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under UK law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control,or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

Credit Card Security
At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Returns Policy & Checking your goods.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

You agree to open all boxes carefully and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 2 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 2 days we may be unable to claim from the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 2 days.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 working days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the main page of this site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused and in a re-salable as new condition. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period, therefore any refund made will not include the true cost (not the advertised cost) of the delivery of the goods we incurred in order to supply such goods.

Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. (The card will not be charged until the goods are ready to be shipped.) Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email.

We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

All specifications are approximate only, due to a policy of continued improvement subject to change without notice and the seller shall have no liability in respect of any deviation there from.

The seller shall have no liability in the event of the goods infringing or being alleged to infringe the rights of any third party. In the event that the goods are or maybe the subject of third party rights, the seller shall be obliged to transfer any such title he has but without prejudice to the rights of a consumer for a remedy in the event of total or partial non-performance.

Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the web site then envirovision - Presentation Systems Ltd will not be bound to honor any orders made at that price.
